It's special to experience the powerful and bountiful blessings God bestows upon us because of our obedience in giving. We invite you to share in this experience, while we continue to make positive impacts in the lives of His people. We have provided convenient methods to donate and contribute to our ministry.

Text to Give Instructions

Give anywhere and at anytime using your mobile phone. You can text the word JBCPAY + any amount to 73256. (Ex. JBCPAY50 will deliver a $50 donation to our minsitry)

You can also designate donation amounts for specific funds. (Ex. JBCPAY25TITH will deliver a $25 tithing contribution)

Mobile Giving Instructions

Using the Givelify mobile app, you can contribute directly to our minsitry from your smartphone or tablet. Download the Givelify app from your app store (GooglePlay or Apple Store). Locate our church by typing in our church's name (Jonesville Baptist Church). Then enter your amount to donate, choose which fund you would like your donation to support, then click the Give Now button.

Why We Give

As a church, we believe that we are called to respond to the generosity of the gospel by giving extravagantly to the progress of the gospel in our community and world. Biblical generosity is not about meeting budget needs; it is about a rich and trusting relationship with a living God. We express our faith and love to Him by honoring Him as the source of everything we have. Scriptural giving is performed with regularity, from the first portion of all we are given, as a proportion of our income, cheerfully, and without pressure or manipulation.

What is Tithing?

Tithing is our starting place in giving. The Bible teaches us about a baseline standard for giving: the tithe (a word that literally means a “tenth”). When we give the first 10% of our income through our church, we put God first in our lives. Tithing is an act of worship that expresses our gratitude, faith, and love for others. God also encourages us to give offerings beyond our tithe to specific projects at our church and to other organizations and causes that we personally believe in.

Giving Statements and Annual Reports

All donations and contributions to Jonesville Baptist Church are tax deductible. You can receive an Annual Report at the beginning of each year for the completion of your tax filings.
