Fear defined is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. It is an acceptance that this is a true statement and it will produce any of the negative aforementioned results. Some call fear, false evidence appearing to be real at times. This can be a good description since it can put us on edge about everything even when the thing we fear has not happened at all. We become so convinced it will, that we begin to terrorize ourselves, embrace the feeling, and imagine experiencing it even when it has not materialized.
So let’s look at the "8 days of Overcoming Fear and Being Courageous" by getting started with our first fear treatment.
