EVENT REQUEST FORM:
In preparation of hosting or announcing an upcoming event held at the church, the initial step is to obtain and complete an event request form. Events may include, but are not limited to, the following: Auxiliary meetings, Baby Dedications, Fundraisers, Funerals, Rehearsals, and Weddings. All events require prior approval. Expect a 3 to 4 days response time. In some cases, a 2-3 week turnaround period for approval is required. After approval, an established time, date, and room will then be assigned. Neglecting to follow this process may result in a denial of a request.
